You have probably been wondering where I was, or maybe not. But I definitely felt weird not sending out newsletters weekly! It kinda became a routine, but at some point I felt like I had to deliver, rather wanted to.
This newsletter will be a bit more personal, so if thats not your thing, feel free to skip it.

This year has been tough. Clients left, which felt like breakups because they’ve been with me for so long, others experienced intense life situations and I supported them as best as I could. After returning to Germany something felt off and I decided to go to Australia – where I am writing this newsletter from. 🙂 I knew I needed to change something for my mental health, and it was definitely the right decision.

In Germany I took some time to reflect on myself and my life – after 5 years of self-employment, that was more than necessary. I found out that I never really focused on specific service I wanted to provide, rather help everyone who is willing to work on their fitness. And what lays underneath it is my love for coaching and helping others, which I could actually expand.

That´s where I figured: I need professional help. I was lucky to easily find a business coach who would take me under her wings and help me breathe a service that fits to me and really help my clients from the core.

And that´s how “Empowered by Strength”, my new 12 weeks fitness and group coaching program was born!
In twelve weeks you’ll go from feeling uncertain and inconsistent with your training to having a clear plan, a supportive community, and the confidence to finally own your strength.

Each week, you’ll not only train smarter with structured workouts: you’ll also learn the tools behind recovery, fueling, and cycle-aware planning. Plus, you’ll have live coaching calls to ask questions, reflect, and actually integrate the mindset shifts that make fitness stick long term.

I also figured I needed a change of scenery. Although I am very thankful for my home, I needed to try something new. On my travels around the world I fell in love with Australia and decided to give their Work & Holiday program a chance: Which definitely has been the right decision.

So here we are now, a new program, a new design and a new plan: From now on, the newsletter will be posted MONTHLY (so you guys will actually read it) and it will be a mix of personal updates and educational content (like before). What do you think?
