How It All Began

My fitness journey started like many others …

… at 16, I joined a gym for the first time, tagging along with my dad.

Back then, my goal was simple: lose weight and improve in my new sport, competitive cheerleading.

After years of limited progress, I found my true passion when I started working at a gym. I wanted to understand why my efforts weren’t paying off, what I needed to work on, and how the body really works.

That thirst for knowledge still drives me today and is why I invest in at least two professional trainings every year.

While studying Fitness Economics, I launched my own coaching business to share this knowledge.

I realized fitness isn’t just about physical strength — it’s the foundation for self-confidence and well-being. That’s exactly what I want to share with the world — and especially my clients.

With my experience as a coach and a science-backed approach, I’m dedicated to guiding women toward a healthier, stronger self.

Through personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching, I help my clients reach their unique goals — with a holistic approach and a supportive community behind them.

My coaching philosophy is built on my own journey, knowing firsthand how to overcome challenges and stay healthy and strong despite a busy lifestyle. Together, we don’t just change bodies — we build lasting awareness of strength, well-being, and confidence.
